Easy Peach Upside Down Cake

2 T. butter 1 C. flour

1/2 C. brown sugar 2 eggs

Sliced peaches 1 tsp. baking powder

1 C. Sugar pinch of salt


Melt butter and brown sugar in baking dish. Place peaches on butter/brown sugar mixture. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well and pour into pan on top of peaches. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and then placing a plate on top of pan, flip the cake over to release the cake onto the plate.
